Peter Kalkus, Founder and Chairman of the Board
Peter founded Lamar in 1972. An MBA graduate of Harvard Business School, Peter has been the responsible executive for the acquisition, renovation and development of more than 15,000,000 square feet of retail space, 2,900,000 square feet of office space and 4,000 apartment units throughout the United States. Over the past eight years, he has evolved the company by keeping abreast of changes in the real estate market and now focuses on under-performing retail centers. He has led Lamar to over a dozen successes in this market, leading to outstanding results for his investors, clients and tenants.

Mark Kalkus, President and Chief Executive Officer
Mark graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Stanford University with a double major in Economics and Psychology. He worked for Bain and Company as a management consultant for two years before returning to Stanford's School of Law where he also graduated with distinction. While getting his law degree, Mark embellished his practical experience working for venture capital law firms including Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich and Rosatti and Brobeck, Phleger and Harrison. In 1988, he joined Lamar Companies assisting in leasing and property management. He quickly became a vital force in several of Lamar's most successful and profitable turnarounds. Cory D. Boss, Executive Vice President
Cory has been with Lamar since 1990, and been an Executive Vice President since 1999. He is involved in all major strategic decisions including, hiring, salaries, acquisitions, leasing, dispositions, partner selection, bank selection, office locations, and strategic planning. As head of acquisitions, Cory has overseen 12 million square feet in property acquisitions. A CPA with prior experience as an accountant and controller for General Public Utilities and the Linpro Company respectively, Cory has been instrumental in the design and implementation of reporting systems, analytics and measurements of the assets in Lamar's portfolio and has streamlined the operations and strategic planning tools utilized by the Company. Ralph J. Pugliano, Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President
Ralph has been with Lamar since 1994, and been a Vice President since 1996. He started as a controller and currently is CFO and is in charge of all east coast acquisitions. Ralph is a CPA and worked as an accountant at both Schering Plough and Mutual Benefit Life. He has been responsible for over 5 million square feet of purchases made by Lamar, and is involved in major strategic decisions including hiring, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, construction management and financial reviews. Jacquelyn Quinn, Treasurer / Secretary / Executive Vice President
Jackie is an Executive Vice President of Lamar and the Secretary / Treasurer. She has been with Lamar since inception and has an intimate knowledge of the Company's historical and financial background. Lavinia Sherman-Truelove, Chief Operating Officer / Executive Vice President
Vinnie is an Executive Vice President and COO and oversees Construction Management. She is a Certified Property Manager and Real Property Administrator. Vinnie has been with Lamar since 1977 and is responsible for overseeing Lamar's management operations. She has either directly or through overseeing, been involved with all of Lamar's retail and office management, totaling over 18,000,000 square feet to date. Jeffrey James, Vice President of Leasing
Since joining the company in 1990, Jeff has leased in excess of three million square feet. Jeff is a licensed broker in five states. Jeff has an impressive network of national retailers and brokers. Phil Schneider, Vice President
Phil joined Lamar in July 2004. He is responsible for managing equity and debt investments, establishing and implementing strategies, recommending and implementing dispositions and refinancing, coordinating property managers, leasing agents and other third party resources. Prior to joining Lamar, Mr. Schneider spent 15 years working for Urdang and RREEF, both well recognized pension fund advisors, in the capacity of Senior Asset Manager and District Manager where he managed retail, industrial, hotel and multifamily investments with an aggregate value of $400 million. Lara Purchase, President of LFI, LLC
Lara manages the portfolio of all non-real estate assets, which includes hedge funds and stock investments for LFI, LLC. Cheryl Davies, Vice President of LFI, LLC
Cheryl oversees the day-to-day operations for the non-real estate division of the company. She has been with Lamar since 1991.
